Take your time, do not stand "over your soul" at the baking sheet. Do not rush, do not rush the dough, putting it in a warm place. Set a timer for 25 minutes and walk away. This time will be enough for the proofing of small buns from ready-made (two punches) yeast dough.

Then put the tray in the oven.

If you have an electric oven with top and bottom heating elements, then place the baking sheet in the center. If the oven is gas, then the baking sheet should be placed at the highest possible height.

Bake the buns for exactly 15 minutes.
