    Cooking method

    • Remove skin from chicken breast. Cut the meat into pieces and pass through a meat grinder.
    • Grind the onion in a blender or finely chop.
    • Grate the carrot on a medium grater. If you want the cutlets to turn out beautiful, cut the carrots into small cubes.
    • Place mince, onion and carrot in one bowl. Add buttermilk, egg, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
    • Put semolina and mix. Leave the minced meat for half an hour at room temperature to swell the cereal. Then stir again.
    • Grease the steamer rack with oil. Soak your hands in cold water. Make round patties from minced meat and place them on the wire rack.
    • Pour hot water into the multicooker bowl. Set the container with meatballs. In the "Steam" mode, cook the chicken cutlets for 25 minutes.

    Steamed chicken cutlets with oatmeal in a slow cooker

    Ingredients:

    • minced chicken - 500 g;
    • oatmeal - 2 tbsp. l.;
    • egg - 1 pc.;
    • carrots - 1 pc.;
    • onion - 1 pc.;
    • garlic - optional;
    • salt and spices - to taste;
    • milk or cream - 50 g;
    • vegetable oil for greasing the grate.

    Cooking method

    • Pour oatmeal with hot milk and leave to swell. To make the cutlets more homogeneous, the hopya can be ground in a blender beforehand.
    • Grind the onion and garlic in a blender or chop very finely with a knife. Put in a bowl with minced meat.
    • Grate the carrots on a fine grater and combine with the rest of the products.
    • Add egg, swollen cereal, salt and any spices to taste.
    • Grease the steaming grate with oil.
    • Stir the mince thoroughly. With wet hands, make cutlets and place in the prepared container.
    • Pour hot water into the multicooker. Set the bowl with meatballs. Steam for 25 minutes on the "Steam" setting.

    Chicken cutlets with steamed potatoes in a slow cooker

    Ingredients:

    • minced chicken - 500 g;
    • egg - 1 pc.;
    • onion - 1 pc.;
    • potatoes - 1 pc.;
    • carrots - 1 pc.;
    • salt and pepper - to taste;
    • grate oil.

    Cooking method

    • Grind the onion in a blender. Grate carrots and potatoes on a fine grater. Place the vegetables in the bowl with the meat.
    • Add egg, salt and pepper. Stir the mince thoroughly.
    • With wet hands, mold cutlets from minced meat and place them in a steaming container, which you first grease with oil.
    • Put it in the multicooker. Set to Steam mode, close the lid and cook for 25 minutes.

    As you can see, cooking chicken steam cutlets is not difficult.

    You can always replace some products with others, add your favorite spices and spices.
