  • fresh dill – 1 bunch
  • salt - a pinch
  • sunflower oil – 50 g
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

Kohlrabi cabbage needs to be peeled and grated. Wash the cucumber and grate it on a coarse grater. Peel the radish and grate it on a medium grater. Wash fresh dill, dry and chop finely. Combine all salad ingredients, add a little salt and mix. Mix lemon juice and sunflower oil, and then season the salad with this sauce. Mix the finished salad well again and can be served.

Salad with bell pepper

Ingredients:

  • kohlrabi cabbage – 0.6 kg
  • bell pepper – 2 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • table vinegar - to taste
  • salt, ground black pepper - a pinch
  • fresh parsley – 1 bunch
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp.

Kohlrabi should be peeled and grated on a medium grater. Peel the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into strips. Wash the parsley, dry it and finely chop it with a knife. Peel and finely chop the onion, and then pour in vinegar to marinate the onion a little.

Mix all salad ingredients, sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix the finished salad and let it brew for a while, and then you can eat it.

Salad with apples and kohlrabi

Ingredients:

  • kohlrabi cabbage – 0.5 kg
  • carrot – 1 pc.
  • apples – 2 pcs.
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp.
  • sunflower oil – 50 ml.
  • onion – 0.5 pcs.
  • fresh greens - a bunch
  • salt - a pinch

Kohlrabi must first be peeled and grated. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. It is best to take sweet and sour apples, peel them, cut out the core and cut the pulp into cubes or strips. Apples should be sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.

Wash fresh herbs, dry and chop finely. Combine all salad ingredients, add salt and season with sunflower oil.

Salad with sourness

Ingredients:

  • kohlrabi cabbage – 400 g
  • carrot – 1 pc.
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • sweet and sour apples – 2 pcs.

  • salt - a pinch

  • sauce – 3 tbsp.
  • chopped dill – 2 tbsp.
  • salt, ground black pepper - a pinch

Chicken and kohlrabi salad

Ingredients:

  • kohlrabi cabbage – 700 g
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • carrots – 2 pcs.
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • sour cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • ham – 250 g
  • salt, freshly ground pepper – 0.5 tsp.
  • granulated sugar - to taste
  • chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • mustard – 2 tsp.
  • chicken fillet – 300 g
  • homemade mayonnaise – 200 g
  • chicken thighs – 2 pcs.
  • boiled green peas – 100 g

Kohlrabi carrots need to be washed and placed in boiling water. They should be cooked until tender, just so they don’t get overcooked. When the vegetables have cooled, peel them and cut them into cubes. The eggs need to be boiled until the yolk is thick, and then cooled, peeled and also cut into cubes.

Fresh or frozen green peas must be boiled, just add salt and sugar to the water. Strain the finished peas, but do not throw out the water. You also need to cook chicken broth. Chicken thighs also need to be boiled in advance. You can buy mayonnaise in the store, but it’s better to make it yourself; it will be both tastier and healthier.

Peel the onion and finely chop it. Sour cucumbers need to be cut into cubes. Ham, thighs and chicken fillet should also be cut into small cubes. The garlic must be peeled and crushed through a press or finely chopped with a knife.   • 1 large head of kohlrabi;
  • 1 medium-sized chicken fillet;
  • 150 grams of celery root;
  • 3 tablespoons of boiled rice;
  • mayonnaise for dressing;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • any herbs and salt to taste.

Preparation:

Boil chicken fillet and egg. Remove the shell from the egg and chop it finely. Cut the chicken fillet in the same way. Peel the kohlrabi and celery root and grate on a coarse grater. How to make kohlrabi salad with ginger

  1. Prepare the cabbage: peel and grate on a coarse grater; if you have a grater for preparing carrots in Korean, you can use it.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar and remaining ¾ tablespoon salt. Stir. Stir until the sugar begins to dissolve.
  3. Squeeze the kohlrabi and daikon as hard as possible to remove as much liquid as possible. Transfer the vegetables to a separate container, add prepared grated carrots, finely chopped shallots and dill.
  4. Add the vinegar mixture and toss the salad well.
  5. Kohlrabi and daikon salad can be served immediately, or you can refrigerate for one hour before serving.

Salad with kohlrabi and apple

Ingredients:

  • 3 small kohlrabi, peeled and cut into strips
  • 1 large apple, cut into strips
