But there is another way - the citizens of our country transmit water readings from meters through the State Services. This method is being improved, but it is already clear that neither telephone transmission of information, nor SMS, nor written messages to the mailboxes of management companies can compare with it.
How to take meter readings
In rare apartments today there are no water meters. Even if the owner does not seek to install meters, the utility company will do it in the near future. All you need to do is write the numbers correctly. The abbreviation DHW means hot water supply, cold water supply, respectively, cold. Usually, the colors of the devices are different, but even if it’s not so easy, turn on a thin stream of cold water and you will understand by the changes in the readings where which meter is.
There are 8 numbers on the dial, 5 of them are highlighted in black and 3 in red. Black ones measure water in cubic meters, red ones in liters. Payment is made per cubic meter. For the correctness of accruals, the last three digits are always rounded according to mathematical rules. Data submission is carried out from the 15th day of the current month to the 3rd day of the next month.

Step three. Before transferring meter readings, you must save data about the apartment for which you are going to pay and register the personal account to which you send payments for water. You can do it in three clicks. Click on given name in the right corner of the screen, so we get to the personal account, where we select "Connect a personal account to the Personal Account".
On the page that opens, enter the address of the housing (country, region, street and house) and save. As a reminder, the specified object will always be displayed on the main page. The column "Connected LANs to the personal account" appeared on the working panel. You can enter and add to the list if you want to pay for other resources or pay for other residential facilities.
