  2. Cut the ham into strips, pineapples into pieces, grate the boiled carrots, cheese and eggs separately on a fine grater.
  3. Mushrooms should be chopped together with onions, fried, and cooled.
  4. We begin to form the hedgehog. First, lay out a layer of smoked chicken, then fried mushrooms. Add pineapples, mayonnaise, pieces of ham, and eggs on top.
  5. Sprinkle the sharp face with cheese and cover the rest of the top with grated boiled carrots. We make eyes, eyelashes, nose from olives.

Design tips:

  1. To make the hedgehog look more authentic, we cover it with sprigs of dill - this will be grass.
  2. We make fly agarics on top from boiled eggs and tomato halves. We draw dots with mayonnaise.

All these different versions of the salad called “Hedgehog” are distinguished by their delicate taste and original appearance. Designing such a dish is not difficult, especially if the hostess has a rich imagination. You can experiment with different products and add something of your own to the usual recipe if you wish.
