  • garlic - 3-4 cloves;
  • grated hard cheese - 100 g;

  • green onions;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Cooking

We heat the oven to 200 degrees. Wash potatoes thoroughly, pierce with a fork and place on a baking sheet. Bake the tubers for 30-40 minutes until soft. Then we cut it into two halves, and extract the pulp with a spoon, forming a kind of "cup" from the skin.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry finely chopped onion and garlic in it. Add the potato pulp to the saute and knead it with a fork. Top with shredded cheese, season with salt and pepper. We fill each half of the potato with the resulting filling and drive an egg on top. We return the potato "cups" back to the oven for another 10-15 minutes.

I advise you to take potatoes for this recipe, which fall apart very well when boiled. These are high starch potatoes. Such a potato will absorb all the milk (by the way, milk can be taken in half with cream, the result will be even better) and will become simply delicious in taste.

  1. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Pass the garlic through a garlic press, Lubricate the baking dish properly with garlic. Leave the pieces of crushed garlic on the walls and bottom of the mold.
  3. We cut the potatoes into plastics 3-4 mm thick. Look at the photo. If you have potatoes with a high starch content and you are sure that they boil well, you can cut them into thicker slices - half a centimeter, or even a centimeter.

  5. Preparing the filling: put a little grated cheese in a bowl, break 2 raw eggs there, pour in milk, salt and pepper with black pepper, mix everything well with a whisk. It's good to add a pinch of nutmeg. I did not have this spice and I added Adyghe salt (a mixture of dried garlic, salt, dried parsley and dried dill, coriander). Pour this over the potatoes.
  6. Distribute the rest of the grated cheese evenly on top.
  7. Also spread pieces over the entire surface of the potato. butter.
