The scheme of bioxi k1 and 1 is different. Bioksi septic tank - a cleaning system for your country house

To connect plumbing fixtures to the water supply network, a flexible water supply is used. It is in demand when connecting faucets, showers, toilets and other points of water intake, and greatly simplifies the installation process. Flexible piping is also used when installing gas equipment. It differs from similar devices for water in manufacturing technology and special safety requirements.

Characteristics and types

Flexible hose for plumbing is a hose of different lengths, made of non-toxic synthetic rubber. Due to the elasticity and softness of the material, it easily takes the desired position and allows installation in hard-to-reach places. To protect the flexible hose, the upper reinforcing layer is designed in the form of a braid, which is made of the following materials:

  • aluminum. Such models withstand no more than +80 ° C and retain functionality for 3 years. In high humidity, aluminum braid is prone to rust.
  • Of stainless steel. Thanks to this reinforcing layer, the service life of the flexible water supply is at least 10 years, and the maximum temperature of the transported medium is +95 °C.
  • Nylon. Such a braid is used for the manufacture of reinforced models that can withstand temperatures up to +110 ° C and are designed for intensive use for 15 years.

Nut-nut and nut-nipple pairs are used as fasteners, which are made of brass or stainless steel. Devices with different indicators of permissible temperature differ in the color of the braid. Blue ones are used to connect to a pipeline with cold water, and red ones - to hot water.

When choosing a water supply, you need to pay attention to its elasticity, reliability of fasteners and purpose. It is also mandatory to have a certificate that excludes the release of toxic components by rubber during operation.

Features of gas connections

When connecting gas stoves, columns and other types of equipment, flexible connections are also used. Unlike models for water, they are yellow and are not tested for environmental safety. For fixing, end steel or aluminum fittings are used. There are the following types of devices for connecting gas appliances:

  • PVC hoses reinforced with polyester thread;
  • synthetic rubber with stainless steel braid;
  • bellows, made in the form of a corrugated stainless steel tube.

Drainage is a hydro-reclamation measure to remove excess ground water.

If water does not leave the territory of the site for a long time, soil gleying occurs, if shrubs and trees quickly disappear (wet), it is urgent to take measures and drain the site.

Reasons for waterlogging the soil

There are several reasons for waterlogged soils:

  • clay heavy soil structure with poor water permeability;
  • an aquiclude in the form of gray-green and red-brown clays is located close to the surface;
  • high occurrence of groundwater;
  • technogenic factors (construction of roads, pipelines, various facilities) that impede natural drainage;
  • violation of the water balance by the construction of irrigation systems;
  • the landscape area is located in a lowland, a beam, a hollow. In this case, precipitation and water inflow from higher places play an important role.

What causes excess moisture in the soil

You can see the results of this phenomenon yourself - trees and shrubs are dying. Why is this happening?

  • the oxygen content in the soil decreases and the content of carbon dioxide increases, which leads to a violation of the processes of air exchange, water regime and nutrition in the soil;
  • oxygen starvation of the root-forming layer occurs, which leads to the death of plant roots;
  • the intake of macro and microelements by plants (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, etc.) is disrupted, because excess water washes out mobile forms of elements from the soil, and they become inaccessible for assimilation;
  • there is an intensive breakdown of proteins and, accordingly, the processes of decay are activated.

Plants can tell at what level groundwater occurs

Take a close look at the flora in your area. The species inhabiting it will tell you at what depth the groundwater layers are located:

  • top water - in this place it is best to dig a reservoir;
  • at a depth of up to 0.5 m - grow marigold, horsetail, varieties of sedge - blister, holly, fox, Langsdorf reed grass;
  • at a depth of 0.5 m to 1 m - meadowsweet, canary grass,;
  • from 1 m to 1.5 m - favorable conditions for meadow fescue, bluegrass, mouse pea, rank;
  • from 1.5 m - wheatgrass, clover, wormwood, plantain.

What is important to know when planning site drainage

Each group of plants has its own moisture needs:

  • with a groundwater depth of 0.5 to 1 m, vegetables and annual flowers can grow on high beds;
  • the depth of the water reservoir up to 1.5 m is well tolerated by vegetable crops, cereals, annuals and perennials (flowers), ornamental and fruit and berry shrubs, trees on a dwarf rootstock;
  • if groundwater at a depth of more than 2 m, you can grow fruit trees;
  • the optimal depth of groundwater for agriculture is from 3.5 m.

Do you need site drainage?

Record your observations at least for a while. You yourself will be able to understand how much drainage is needed.

Maybe it makes sense to simply redirect melt and sediment water along a bypass channel, and not let it flow through your site?

Perhaps it is necessary to design and equip a storm drain and improve the composition of the soil, and will this be enough?

Or is it worth it drainage system only for fruit and ornamental trees?

The exact answer will be given to you by a specialist, whom we strongly recommend calling. But after reading this article, you will gain some awareness in this matter.

At the end of the technological and production tasks associated with the arrangement of the sewer system in an apartment building, an industrial building, as well as in a private household, it is required to test the system involved using the forced spill method. This task was applied to identify possible defects or improper installation of the entire sewer part involved and the act of testing the internal sewerage systems and drains will be material evidence of work on the acceptance of the object.

Visual inspection should be accompanied by entering into the act of testing internal sewerage and drain systems according to SNIP, which is currently represented by the current regulation of the appendix of the D series, which corresponds to SP 73.13330.2012 "Internal sanitary systems of the building", recently a new one has been applied updated working version according to SNiP 3.05.01-85.

Nowadays, anyone can provide comfortable living conditions in a country house or in a country house. One of the stages of improvement is the construction of a sewerage system. Most often, it is necessary to equip the local system by installing a local treatment plant. Today, the choice of such compact installations is quite wide. One option is the Bioxi septic tank.

Septic tanks are commonly referred to as local treatment plants that are used to dispose of domestic sewage effluents. The Bioksi model can be used in sewerage systems of any objects - summer cottages, cottages for permanent residence, gas stations, country boarding houses, etc. Let's figure out what kind of installations these are.

How does it work?

Bioksi septic tanks use the simplest cleaning methods:

  • gravitational settling, due to which water is separated from undissolved impurities that differ in specific gravity;
  • biological purification under the action of aerobic bacteria under conditions of forced air supply.

Advice! When using aerobic cleaning, unpleasantly smelling gases are not formed, so the installation of a Bioksi septic tank on the site does not cause discomfort to residents.

Aerobic water purification is not a human invention. The fact is that such purification processes are carried out in nature. Water in rivers and lakes is purified by bacteria.

Models

Manufacturers produce Bioxi septic tanks of various capacities. The body of the unit has a rectangular shape, so it looks like the most ordinary refrigerator.

Installation depth

Depending on the depth at which the sewer pipes will be laid, a suitable septic tank option is chosen. There are three execution options:

  • Standard. This option is chosen if the pipes are laid at a depth not exceeding 90 cm;
  • Long. This is an extended version, it must be installed if pipe laying is planned at a depth of 90-140 cm;
  • Super long. This is the highest option, it is purchased if the pipeline is laid at a depth of more than 140 cm.

Performance

One of the most important indicators of any treatment plant is its ability to process a certain volume of liquid per day. The more water is used in the house, the more productive the model should be. So:

  • compact Bioksi 0.6 should be chosen if the number of people living in the house does not exceed three people;
  • if there are more residents (4-5), the Bioxi -1 option is ideal.

Advice! In the line of septic tanks there are more productive models. So, if necessary, you can purchase a septic tank, which can be included in the general sewerage system of a small village with up to 100 residents.

How is the cleaning going?

Bioksi models are stations in which water goes through a complete purification cycle. The main working "tool" is activated sludge - biomass, consisting of bacteria and other microorganisms, which in nature take part in the purification of water from pollution. Considering the recycling process, four stages can be distinguished:

  • Biosorption. This is the process of separating organic contaminants from water. At this time, the volume of biomass increases significantly.
  • Oxidation reactions. For this process to occur, oxygen must be supplied to the medium. As a result of oxidation reactions of substances that include carbon, the amount of contaminants in the liquid is rapidly reduced;
  • Formation of cellular substance. This is a fairly long phase, it takes almost a day to complete.
  • Silt oxidation. This phase is characterized by a decrease in the volume of biomass, the process proceeds for several days.

Advice! Thus, for a complete cleaning of the liquid, it will take at least three days.

Pros and cons of equipment

Bioksi septic tanks, like any other equipment, have their advantages, but they are not without disadvantages. Therefore, you need to get acquainted with the pros and cons before buying, this will allow you to avoid disappointments in the future.

Main advantages

The list of advantages of installations is impressive, first of all, it is:

  • a high degree of cleaning efficiency, so there is no need to build sites for filtration;
  • comfort - there are no unpleasant odors on the site;
  • low power consumption;
  • compact dimensions, allowing installation of the unit in a small area;

  • the presence of automatic control of the amount of activated sludge in the installation, this function allows cleaning only as needed;
  • a strong and sealed body can be installed in the ground without concreting the pit;
  • there is not a single metal part in the installation that would come into contact with an aggressive environment, so the development of corrosion processes is excluded;
  • the presence of an automatic flushing system facilitates the maintenance of the unit.

Advice! The instruction recommends that the installation be serviced quarterly. The work does not require the use of special equipment.

Negative points

It is necessary to note the disadvantages of using the equipment, these are:

  • installations are sensitive to the composition of effluents. For example, in the absence of fecal drainage (for example, when servicing a bathhouse or laundry), a sufficient amount of activated sludge will not form, this will lead to a decrease in efficiency;
  • if it is planned to use the stations only in summer, the equipment will need to be mothballed before stopping for the winter;
  • the station is volatile, when the power is turned off, the quality of cleaning drops sharply.

A modern Bioksi septic tank can be included in the local sewerage system of almost any facility. It is only necessary to choose the right performance of the installation, as well as its modification. The septic tank provides complete cleaning, there is no need to build sites for filtration.

Most popular station model range. Optimally suited for living outside the city of a family of up to five people. You can forget about the constant pumping by the machine and the unpleasant smell of the sewer.

The Bioksi septic treatment plant is part of an autonomous sewage system for dachas, country houses, cottage settlements, recreation centers - that is, any residential buildings located far from the central sewer system.

Purpose and types of equipment "Bioxi"

In the aerotank (septic tank), wastewater is enriched with oxygen from the air, as a result of which aerobic bacteria oxidize water pollution, making water clean and suitable for watering or washing a car. During cleaning, along with dirt and waste, an unpleasant odor disappears.

The process of aerobic "filtration" is similar to the purification of water in a river, where oxygen actively affects the liquid, and impurities fall out in the form of silt. The rate of purification of polluted waters, which guarantees a bioxi septic tank, is quite high - about 98%.

The Bioxi septic tank is shaped like an ordinary refrigerator and is compact in size.

A great advantage of Bioxi systems is the possibility of choosing models depending on their location underground, as well as on the conditions of service for a certain number of people.

One of the indicators is the depth of the pipes. Depending on it, Bioksi treatment facilities are divided into 3 types:

  • Bioksi: pipeline depth - up to 90 cm;
  • "Bioxi Long": 90 - 140 cm;
  • "Bioxi Super Long": over 140 cm.

Also, the choice of autonomous sewage depends on the number of people living in the house. For example, for a family of 3 people, the “Bioxi-0.6” model is sufficient, for a family of 5, “Bioxi-1”. If a company of 20 people often gathers in the house, the best option is Bioksi-4. For servicing cottage settlements, models are provided that can serve up to several dozen people. For example, the Bioksi-15 septic tank is designed for 75 people, and the Bioksi-20 septic tank is designed for 100 people.

Description of the cleaning technology used

Bioseptics are fundamentally different from simple cesspools and storage septic tanks (with a filtration field) in that they are not storage, but a biological cleaning system - and this is their huge advantage.

Biological treatment technology Wastewater complicated only at first glance. The main functional component is activated sludge, which is involved in the processing of polluted waters. There are four phases of activated sludge exposure:

  1. biosorption of organic matter. Duration - no more than 30 minutes. The biomass of silt increases, the amount of pollution sharply decreases.
  2. Oxidation of organic substances. Decarbonization of wastewater occurs - the oxidation of substances containing carbohydrates under aerobic conditions. The concentration of pollution continues to decrease, the mass of activated sludge increases. The process takes about 1 hour.
  3. Synthesis of cellular substance of silt. Remaining in waste water organic matter processed using the energy released in phase 2. The duration of the period is about 20 hours.
  4. Endogenous oxidation of activated sludge. At this stage, the sludge biomass decreases. The process lasts for 2-3 days. The least susceptible to decomposition fats disintegrate.

Thus, the entire process of wastewater treatment takes about 3-4 days.

Advantages of septic tanks of this company

It is not surprising that Bioksi treatment facilities have become popular: the list of their advantages is quite large:

  • full degree of purification of polluted waters;
  • powered by the mains (low power consumption - only up to 20 W per person), additional batteries are not required;
  • absence of extraneous unpleasant odors;
  • the possibility of installation in small summer cottages, additional filtering trenches are not needed;
  • automatic control over the level of sludge, allowing it to be drained only 2-4 times a year;
  • easy installation of a treatment plant that does not require concreting (the propylene body of the septic tank has a thickness of up to 80 mm);
  • there are no metal parts subject to corrosion in the core;
  • automatic flushing system facilitates maintenance;
  • systems with a capacity of up to 3m³ do not require maintenance by a sewage truck;
  • compressor made in Japan Hiblow (or German Becker) guarantees low noise level.

To install a Bioksi septic tank on the site, it is required to allocate a small area of free territory

Separately, it should be said about the benefits of maintenance. Usually, maintenance of the structure is remembered after 3 months, when it becomes necessary to pump out the sludge. To remove it, only an air pump is needed. It is possible to carry out cleaning less often, once every six months - but already with the help of an electric pump. At the same time, the walls of the sump are cleaned. Compressor diaphragms should be replaced every two years. Once every five years, the secondary chamber and the surge tank are cleaned of mineral deposits - only if necessary. Every 10 years, the parts responsible for aeration are changed, but only if they are damaged. Thus, maintenance of septic tanks is rarely performed, and this saves time.

Identified equipment deficiencies

It is difficult to find shortcomings in Bioxi septic tanks - they surpass all Russian counterparts in their quality of wastewater treatment. Moreover, the facilities have passed special tests under the supervision of the Research Institute of Human Ecology and Hygiene Environment them. Sysina, have permits. But there are nuances to consider:

  • It is necessary to regulate the amount of drains from washing machines. In the presence of fecal runoff, the system copes well with draining from dishwashers and washing machines, but it is not recommended to use the facility specifically for the laundry room - there is not enough activated sludge.
  • During seasonal operation of systems, special preparation for winter is required. It depends on whether the equipment will be disconnected from the mains. With a working network, there will be small electricity costs (about 50 rubles per month for Bioksi-5). When it is turned off, water should be pumped out, the equipment should be insulated, and in the spring it will have to be re-commissioned.
  • To connect two objects to the system (for example, houses and baths), both pipelines must first be connected into one.
  • In the presence of clay soil, purified water should not be discharged into an absorbing well, but into a storm sewer.
  • During a power outage, the installation works without additional cleaning, that is, like a regular septic tank.
  • At the request of the SES, the distance from the treatment plant to the house must be at least 5 meters.

The diagram clearly shows how you can use the Bioxi septic tank to irrigate the lawn or garden beds

As you can see, the listed items cannot be called shortcomings, these are just features of the equipment that you should pay attention to. Bioksi treatment facilities are fully adapted to the climatic conditions of Russia, carefully tested and able to serve for decades. Given their environmental focus, we can say that septic tanks like Bioxi are the future of wastewater treatment plants.

The treatment process in BIOXY stations occurs due to the interaction of wastewater with activated sludge - biomass various kinds microorganisms and protozoa involved in biochemical breakdown, but simply eating organic contaminants and many inorganic compounds, which contributes to deep wastewater treatment. Such treatment allows, without violating sanitary standards, to discharge treated effluents after BIOXY stations onto the terrain.

Consider the operation of the station in more detail:

First of all, sewage flows enter the receiving chamber (2), where they are mixed, as well as the splitting of large mechanical inclusions. This happens due to the process of intensive aeration - saturation of the liquid with oxygen, in this case due to the supply of atmospheric oxygen by a membrane compressor to the aerator (3).

Side view

Further, the already prepared effluents through the filter of large fractions (5), which retains undissolved organic waste and inorganic debris, through the main airlift - a pump operating on the principle of squeezing liquid with air pressure (7), enter the next chamber, called the "aerotank" (8), where the concentration of working activated sludge is maximum due to constant and intense fine-bubble aeration. In the Aerotank there is a buried secondary settling tank (abbreviated ZVO) (9). Moreover, the aerator of the aerotank is located on one side, which allows, in the presence of a water treatment plant, to ensure the movement of treated wastewater with activated sludge in a circle, intensifying the treatment process. When part of the treated water with activated sludge moves down, the oxygen concentration in the water drops, the process of denitrification intensifies (the reduction of nitrites and nitrates to nitrogen gas), the resulting nitrogen bubbles are easily separated from the sludge particles due to water circulation.

After the denitrification zone, part of the water, passing through the WTO, is separated from the sludge and flows through the outlet pipe of the buried secondary settling tank (14) into the outlet tank (15). From the outlet tank, the treated effluents are discharged from the station by gravity or forcibly using a drainage pump through the outlet pipe ( 25).

Excess activated sludge from the aeration tank is pumped by an airlift (22) to an activated sludge stabilizer (19) with a large-bubble aerator (20), where it is accumulated and stabilized under aerobic conditions. Heavier sludge settles to the bottom of the tank, and water with a small amount of small particles of activated sludge flows through a small vertical sump through the overflow pipe (23) back to the aeration tank and continues to participate in the purification of incoming polluted water.

View from above

BIOXY treatment systems are equipped with an automatic flushing system and have a flushing pump (17) located in the outlet tank (15) and controlled by a control unit timer (16). The pump is connected to the distribution pipeline of the automatic flushing system (18), to which, in turn, the following are connected: the main airlift (7), the activated sludge recirculation airlift (22), the denitrification zone flushing injector (13), and the AEO film breaker (11). Also, during the operation of the pump, the outlet pipe of the air cooler (14) is flushed, and the air cooler itself is washed through it. During the process, the liquid level in the aerotank rises and, accordingly, in the SCZ. Due to this, part of the activated sludge and insoluble particles flows through the overflow remover (21) of the buried secondary clarifier into the receiving tank. The washing pump also pumps out the sediment from the bottom of the output tank, which acts as an additional sump.
