  • beets - 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese - 100 g;
  • a mixture of peppers - to taste.

  • green onions - 20 g.

So, we will tell you how to properly prepare the salad "Obsession". First you need to prepare separately all the ingredients. We process the salted herring, remove the bones, scales and cut the fillet into small cubes. We wash the vegetables thoroughly, put them in a saucepan, cover with water, put on medium heat and boil until tender, adding a little salt.

We also need purple onion, cheese, mayonnaise and a clove of garlic for the salad. Next, peel the onion from the husk and finely chop. We clean the boiled carrots and, together with the cheese, crumble into small cubes. Then add a little mayonnaise, sprinkle with a mixture of peppers and mix thoroughly. We also clean the beets, rub them on a grater with large holes, squeeze a clove of garlic through the garlic, put mayonnaise and mix.   • onion - 1 pc.;

  • mayonnaise - to taste;
  • salt - to taste;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • fresh herbs - optional.

Cooking

Wash potatoes and beets and boil until tender. Then cool the vegetables and peel them. We process the herring and cut the fillet into thin small pieces. Now we prepare mixed layers on separate plates. Grate potatoes, salt and mix with mayonnaise. Three beets on a coarse grater, squeeze out the peeled garlic, season with mayonnaise and mix.

Three cheese on a medium grater, and clean the raw carrots, wash them and three on a fine grater. Salt, mix with mayonnaise.
