Personally, I think there is no inconsistency here, because it all depends on the size of the mirrors. The larger the mirror, the more it speeds up time. The past, present and future exist simultaneously, but... only the river of the present has a material form that is in harmony with our own existence. We do not even think about how we swim from the past to the future through the present. Every moment of our present life becomes the past, and the future becomes the present. To clarify the principle of operation of the “Mirrors of Kozyrev”, let us compare them with a pit on the road, and “dark” matter with water that flows into this pit. In the case of a real pit, the water flows into the volume of the depression because there is a certain difference in the levels of the hard surface between the road and the bottom of the pit. At the level of the microworld, this manifests itself in the rotation (redistribution) of electrons in their orbits. Similar processes take place in the oceans: the difference in water qualities (otherwise, the difference in its temperatures) gives rise to whirlpools. On land, the difference in air quality (again, the difference in its temperatures) creates whirlwinds and tornadoes.

I will add that I heard the same personally from other visitors of the "Miass center" when I was there earlier. From here, the nature of another interesting phenomenon associated with "mirrors" becomes clear: "if a disk is placed in such a structure, it starts to rotate."

Well, we figured out the movement of matter in the volume of "mirrors". Now let's go back a little and analyze such a mysterious concept as the curvature of space. In fact, there is nothing extraordinary in the phenomenon of space curvature. Any atom affects the surrounding space, bending it according to its atomic mass. The larger the mass, the greater the curvature that the atom (object) creates. The curvature of the space of a physical object (the same planet) is the resulting curvature of the space of the atoms that make up this object.

This example clearly shows how the accuracy and long-term (increased from 2 seconds to a minute) of a forecast-prediction depend on the quality of information entering the brain.

Now let's take into account the ability of some people to feel "subtle" matter (essentially the same "dark" matter). We call people with such abilities psychics. Often they feel what the technique has already learned to register - the aura of a person (devices based on the Kirlian method). Based on the presence of breakdowns and cavities in the structure of a person's aura, a psychic (or an operator of the GDV device) can identify a diseased organ, or, long before the manifestation of a disease, make a prediction about the occurrence of such an organ in the future. This is a very important point from awareness, which depends on the understanding of the nature of prediction for hundreds of years to come. Think about it - the processes that have not yet manifested themselves on the physical plane are already underway, on the so-called "thin plane"! From the works of Nikolai Viktorovich, we know that in order for the brain to overcome the qualitative barrier that separates it from a higher level of perception, the brain must increase the level of its own dimensionality (more on the concept below) of at least some of the neurons. We observe an example of overcoming such a perception barrier when a person becomes enlightened: the brain temporarily reaches a qualitatively new level of functioning, receives additional information, previously unrelated facts establish causal relationships among themselves, lining up in a harmonious structure and, as a result, the brain generates an idea. An increased concentration of "dark" matter in the volume of "mirrors" saturates the aura (circulation of "dark" matter in the body, in particular in neurons). A larger volume of "dark" matter begins to flow through the neurons, the neurons begin to "become heavier" and, with a greater "mass", put pressure on the barrier of perception. And at a certain moment, the “strength limit” of the barrier of perception is exceeded. The principle of overcoming the barrier of perception during illumination differs only in that the increase in the “mass” (dimensionality level) of neurons occurs not due to external feeding of the circulation of “dark” matter (aura) from the side of “mirrors”, but due to the intensive splitting of nutrients into “dark” matter, which occurs in the neurons themselves. And the difference in dimensionality created by the “mirrors”, like a magnetic field, can negatively affect the functioning of cells.

I am a medical researcher, and it is difficult for me to judge the correctness of the hypotheses put forward by physicists. However, I participated in the research of a medical device that, by its design features, coincides with the definition of “Mirror of Kozyrev” (mirror of time). I would like to talk about the unusual results of research. Perhaps this will interest you, since some of the healing effects of the device are similar to the properties of time mirrors, which were described by astrophysicist Nikolai Kozyrev.
About the medical device. In 1991 - 1992 inventor Datchenko A.A. patented a device designed to treat and prevent diseases. The device in appearance resembles an ordinary blanket. Therefore, in the Ministry of Health of Russia, it was named “Therapeutic multilayer blanket OLM-01”.
A complex screen is built inside the Blanket, the integral part of which is a mirrored aluminum surface applied to a synthetic film.
By order of the Ministry of Health in 1992 - 1993. conducted its clinical trials. I had the opportunity to participate in these tests. In addition, I currently use OLM-01 Blanket in medical practice. Therefore, I know quite a lot about OLM-01.

First. During the tests, A.N. Revenko, head of the medical center in Taganrog, drew attention to a curious feature. The effectiveness of the prototypes of the Treatment Blanket OLM-01 depended on whether the Blanket is used to treat one patient or several. If a treatment procedure was performed on one patient, then a high therapeutic effect was obtained. If the procedures were performed for several patients per day, then for the first patient a high therapeutic effect was noted, in subsequent patients the therapeutic effect decreased.
Considering that part of the therapeutic effects are created by the OLM-01 Blanket based on the patient's biofield, the developers came to the conclusion that the first prototypes of the OLM-01 Therapeutic Blanket memorized information about the biofields of previous patients and retained it for several hours. It was decided to urgently finalize the prototypes and eliminate the memory effect. After a number of improvements, the memory effect was eliminated.
Second. By 1996, information appeared about the results of using the OLM-01 Blanket in the medical practice of various doctors.
Analysis of the results of treatment carried out by doctors O.V. Davydova, Yu.I. Klimov, L.V. Shpalova, made it possible to identify a group of 12 patients aged 75 to 91 years. These patients differed in that they arbitrarily violated the recommended duration of the treatment course. They performed regular 30-minute treatments for at least two months.
As a result, in addition to the expected therapeutic effect, they also experienced positive changes in the functioning of systems that are most susceptible to age-related changes. Improved functioning: circulatory system, external respiration, musculoskeletal and endocrine systems.
In short, in a group of elderly people, a long course of OLM procedures produced a rejuvenating effect.

I will give a couple of examples from the practice of doctor A.V. Dogadkin:
- Patient D., 79 years old, using OLM-01 for 2 months to slow down aging, noted a pronounced therapeutic effect (improved sleep, appetite, emotional and physical activity). However, against the background of these positive symptoms, she began to express doubts about the advisability of further use of OLM-01. After a frank conversation, it turned out that the elderly woman was embarrassed by the appearance of her already forgotten sexual desire. After appropriate explanations, work with OLM-01 continued.
- Man S., 47 years old, used OLM-01 Blanket to treat chronic gastroduodenitis, lumbosacral osteochondrosis, which he had been ill for a long time. Now let's talk about N.A. Kozyrev and "Mirrors of Kozyrev". In 2002, I came across the book “Physics of Faith”, which mentioned “mirrors of time” and astrophysicist N.A. Kozyrev. He studied the properties of time. To find out more about Kozyrev, I searched the Internet and found his article “On the study of the physical properties of time”.
To be honest, a lot of things in his article remained incomprehensible to me. But I learned that, according to Kozyrev:

These processes include: warming a cold body; phase transitions (ice melting, liquid evaporation); the dissolution of a substance in water, regardless of whether this dissolution belongs to an endothermic, exothermic or neutral process; electrolysis; all LIFE PROCESSES.
2. For processes of the same type, the allocation of the action of time is proportional to the amount of the substance that participates in them.
3. The action of time decreases inversely with the square of the distance.
4. The action of time is largely subject to the laws of geometric optics.
5. The action of time is transmitted mainly by the surface of the body.
6. Solid bodies shield the action of time. Liquid bodies screen much worse. Gases do not shield.
7. Bodies, delaying that physical property of time, which Kozyrev calls the action of time, become capable of acting themselves with the same sign as the action delayed by them. This property is equivalent to the REMEMBERING by the bodies of the PHENOMENA that happened near them.
8. The body, which has absorbed the action of time, does not give it away immediately, but gradually.
9. Of the studied materials, aluminum has the smallest effect of accumulating the action of time, and sugar has the largest.
10. The action of time can not only be absorbed by bodies, but can also be reflected from them.
11. Of the studied materials, the best reflection is given by the aluminum coating of the glass plate.
From publications on the Internet, I also learned that the expression “Mirror of Kozyrev” was introduced into use by journalists and popularizers of science. And everyone put their own meaning into it, or whatever they please.
Therefore, if we use the concept of “Kozyrev's Mirror”, then, probably, the opinion of Kozyrev himself should be taken into account.
According to his views, the action of time can be absorbed and reflected. The action of time is best reflected by the aluminum coating of the glass plate. But if you carefully study the experiments conducted by Kozyrev, you will notice that as mirrors reflecting the action of time, he uses an aluminum layer deposited on the smooth surface of a solid dielectric, which has a negligible electrical conductivity and a relative permittivity ranging from 3 to 15.
In this case, Kozyrev's Mirrors should be called such mirrors of time that satisfy the above characteristics.

I don't know if mirrors of time really exist, but the design of OLM-01 Therapeutic Multilayer Blanket satisfies the above characteristics. After all, the operation of the OLM-01 Blanket is based on a complex screen built into the interior, the component part of which is a mirror aluminum surface deposited on a synthetic film.
Second match.

You remember that, according to Kozyrev, bodies can delay the action of time, becoming capable of acting in the same way as the action delayed by them. This property is equivalent to the REMEMBERING by the bodies of the PHENOMENA that happened near them.

If we agree with Kozyrev's conclusions that time mirrors exist and can change the effect of time, then, apparently, when they affect a person, we should expect some changes associated with biological age.
